Meadow Homes is a TK-5 dual-language (one-way) and SEI (structured English immersion) school in the heart of Concord, California. Over 90% of our students are working towards bilingual proficiency in their home language(s) and English. Our students share over 25 languages and cultures from around the world with our school community! We welcome our students and families to come learn and grow at Meadow Homes Elementary!
